By downloading, installing, or using Click to Reel, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software or website.
The service
Click to Reel is a desktop application for recording, editing, and exporting screen-based videos. Features, availability, and supported platforms may change over time.
Accounts and paid exports
480P, 720P, and 1080P export remain free. 4K export requires purchased access linked to your Google account and an internet connection to verify that access. The price and purchase type are shown before payment. Sign in to the same Google account to restore a purchase on another device. Refunded or disputed purchases may lose paid access. Contact [email protected] for purchase support.
4K plans and renewal
Choose US$2.99 per month or US$19.99 per year with automatic renewal, or US$39.90 lifetime access with no renewal. One-time lifetime access supports Card, WeChat Pay and Alipay. Existing lifetime purchases remain lifetime access. Cancel subscription renewal and manage payment details in Account → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Failed renewal does not extend paid access; successful recovery restores the paid period.
Refunds, disputes and gifts
A refund, including a partial refund or credit note, removes access from the corresponding subscription invoice period. An open or lost payment dispute suspends that period; a won dispute restores any remaining period. Refunds do not automatically cancel future subscription payments; manage renewal separately. Other valid paid or gift access is unaffected. Administrator gifts last 30 days from grant, require no card, do not renew, and do not move an existing subscription billing date. A repeated import does not extend a gift. Contact support for refund requests.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the content you record, import, export, and share. Make sure you have the necessary rights, permissions, and consents before recording screens, windows, audio, camera footage, or other people’s information.
Acceptable use
Do not use Click to Reel or this website in violation of applicable law, to interfere with the service, or to distribute harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.
Updates and third parties
We may provide signed software updates. Downloads, updates, and links may rely on third-party infrastructure, which is governed by the relevant provider’s terms and policies.
Disclaimers
Click to Reel is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free software, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Click to Reel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the software, website, recordings, or exported files.
Changes
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continuing to use Click to Reel after a revision takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
